Itinerary
- (Ref.
EW6) EXPLORATION WEST
Day
1(on road) Leaving Cairo behind, we start a 350-km off road safari to Barariya Oasis. Upon reaching Bahareya oasis, we tour the city, have lunch. We visit the temple of Alexander the great, tombs of the nobles and the English mountain. We check in our hotel, dinner and tour the city. Later We enjoy bathing in the hot waters of the spring. (Night at Eco Lodge) (B,L,D)
Day 2(off road)
After breakfast we visit the valley of the Golden Mummies and later go off road to the black desert and the dune area. We start our climb of a 50meter dune. On route to Farafra we visit the crystal mountain, the area of the wonders with the desert roses and the arch. Moving on we head to the White Desert. On reaching the White Desert, we start exploring the formations, the santa tree and wind carved sculptors that resemble both human and animal faces. At sunset we explore the formations that resemble the surface of a different planet. The night is spent camping. (B,L,D)
Day 3 After touring the white desert, we reach Farafra oasis we visit the city, the palm Groves and the local heritage museum, and bath in the hot spring. Later on we move on to Dakhla oasis (230km), Upon reaching Dakhla Oasis, we visit the Old Covered City, with its oil press, school, courthouse and dwelling chambers, have lunch, head to our hotel (B,L,D)
Day 4 Still in Dakhla, we visit Heir el Hagar, el Muzawakah tombs (if open), and Mut. Leaving Dakhla behind, we head to Kharga, lunch. Visit Hibis temple and the monuments of Kharga. Later on we head to Labakha roman area, and explore the dwellings area, the temple, and the spring. The night is spent in hotel. (B,L,D)
Day 5 In Kharga, we visit El Bagawat Cemetery, El Deir temple, El Nadura, Qasr El Zayan, the temple of Gheweta and the museum. The night is spent in a hotel (B,L,D)
Day 6 From Kharga we head to Baris (55km) we visit the temple of Dush, and later on we head to Luxor (B,L)

Itinerary - (Ref. T&S5) Trek and Snorkel
Day1 Leaving Sharm El Sheik we drive to the canyon of Wadi Arada, where we explore the narrow Wadi, we use ropes and the help of our guide up and down the Wadi. Later we camp for the night.
Day2 At 1 am we start our trip to Mount Moses. We trek for a 3-hour climb to the 2000m summit, and enjoy the spectacular view of sunrise atop Mount Sinai (Moses). After breakfast we visit the Monastery of St. Catherine. We later return to Sharm el sheik for one dive. Dinner
Day3 An early morning start takes us to the national park of Ras Mohamed, we reach our camp site, and get ready for our diving/ Snorkeling day, at night we sit around our camp site to enjoy our barbeque dinner
Day4 An early start takes us to the jetty where we board our live-aboard yacht and head to Tiran Island Reefs. Later return to our camp site.
Day5 After breakfast we head back to the hotel in Sharm El Sheik.
Pace/Grade: Intermediate/Moderate
Transport: 4WD, 1 day mountain hiking, minibus.
Accommodation and meals: 4 nts camping F\B

*The PADI advanced course can be offered.
